Given the ongoing economic, social and financial crisis, aggravated by the public health crisis, the Board of Saint Joseph University of Beirut, has decided to freeze tuition fees for Spring Semester 2020/2021.

Nevertheless, the University’s current fiscal year shows a deficit of more than LBP 32 billion. As a result, the University is counting on its partners (Alumni, Friends, Parents working abroad and Students) to help it in these difficult times specially to support the scholarship fund (LBP 35 billion) which benefits 45% of USJ students.

It is possible to make a donation upon tuition payment. It is also possible to participate in Fundraising programs of the USJ Foundation through the University’s website (www.usj.edu.lb/idonate) (www.usj.edu.lb/donations). We are counting on everyone’s sense of solidarity.

In these challenging times, I can only wish you a good Spring Semester, and ask you to take all necessary precautions to protect your health.
