Improvisational competencies in Companies: A survival Need in Multilayered Crises.

The research starts by exploring responses of Lebanese companies to the multiple crises that hit in past two years. Tis will identify the enablers, impediments, and bottlenecks of improvisation. The second phase explores programs to enhance individual improvisational capabilities by studying non-business organizations that require constant improvisation i.e. firefighters and improvisation theater.
