Organizational development

This course addresses the ubiquitous complexity, uncertainty, and celerity of changing organizational environments, and the means to effectively respond to them. The objective is to provide students with a conceptual framework to assess the dynamics of diagnosis, planning, intervention and sustainability of organizational development efforts. The course also aims to develop the students’ conceptual and behavioral skills to implement system-wide organization change. The material will be taught from the perspective that students are, or will be stakeholders in a sustained and comprehensive development and change in organizations.
