Digital banking

L’objectif du cours est de familiariser les étudiants aux différents canaux de distribution dans les institutions financières notamment les canaux digitaux comme le ebanking et le mobile banking. La matière réserve une grande partie à la transformation digitale en cours dans le secteur bancaire, l’implication des géants de la tech GAFAM et BATX (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft…) ainsi que les menaces des Fintechs. Enfin l’impact des cryptomonnaies et des monnaies digitales sur l’économie sera discuté durant le semestre.
