ACCURACY OF DIGITAL SETUP PREDICTIONS OF CLASS II CASES TREATED WITH PREMOLARS EXTRACTION: A RETROSPECTIVE STUDY

Description :

60 Class II patients will be selected for this study with premolar extractions (7). All patients were treated orthodontically with labial fixed appliances including metal 0.22 brackets with MBT prescription. To build a digital treatment plan, all casts will be scanned and analyzed using OrthoAnalyzer (3shape) software. The process of creating a virtual setup will begin with determining the arch form, followed by semi-automatic segmentation of each individual tooth. Each tooth will be moved to the right position. The digital setup will be superimposed based on the third rugae (12) onto the orthodontist's ultimate outcome and evaluated.
