Research Workshop in Education 1

This course introduces students to the concept of academic writing. Throughout this course, students will learn the strategies of the writing process, how to search for and evaluate sources, how to develop arguments, how to follow the characteristics of different text types, how to consider the context/audience in their writing. Additionally, they will learn different reading, research strategies, summary writing, source citation, and tools that help them become proficient academic writers.
