This course aims at enlightening the students about the importance of the Human Resources, the Human Resources Department and the Human Resources Management in any type/size of organization. Participation in the course therefore provides all students with the adequate knowledge and skills and tools to efficiently, fairly and objectively manage all situations associated with the various stages of the employment cycle (be it their own or for the teams they are leading).
