With the accelerated global economy and technological change; organizations had to adapt to more resilient and innovative solutions in response to this complex business environment. This means that employee development is vital to develop new levels of flexibility and innovation. The Competencies & HR Management course will provide participants with the general framework to understand the strategic dimension of HR Management with a focus on hard and soft skills. At a micro level, we will address the different behaviors/competencies key for employee management: 1- employee attraction (HR planning, recruitment and selection) 2- employee retention (training, performance appraisal, mobility, compensation and benefits and career planning). At a macro level, we will cover the links between the corporate culture, business strategy, performance and value creation. We will put emphasis on specific challenges, hard and soft skills, that managers may face. This course will introduce participants to the key behaviors required to prepare them for success in the workplace. Throughout the course participants will learn more about their personality and will be actively engaged through case studies, real live examples and role plays.
