Conciergerie and Customer Relationship Management

In this course students will learn the importance of the integration of people, process and technology to make CRM truly valuable to the bottom-line. Students are expected to take an active role in the learning process by actively participating in class, asking questions, and completing assignments and projects. Although I encourage you to help each others when you encounter problems with the assignments, all of the work you submit for the assignments must be your own and should reflect your unique efforts.
