Recruitment Process and Selection

The Recruitment and Selection Process is an exceedingly effective course that gives the students an overview on the preferred recruitment, selection and resourcing procedures. It covers skills like how to prepare for conducting interviews, writing ads that draw preferred types of candidates and finding suitable recruitment networks. It finally outlines the importance of Recruitment as a main component of the Human Resources Department in any organization.
