The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the importance of the policies pursued by the bank's management in its strategic choices, to understand the nature of retail banking, to familiarize them with the different products offered by Banks to individuals, to show them the contribution of these products to the profitability of the bank and to present to them the strategies adopted by the banks to increase profitability using the means of marketing.
