Erasmus+ staff mobility scholarships to Freie Universität Berlin, Germany

Freie Universität Berlin (FUB) plans to host the 10th edition of its International Staff Training Week from June 13 to 17, 2022 on campus in Berlin for university professionals working in the fields of:

 

The aim of the training week is to join the FUB Staff members to network, discuss and share experiences and best practices with representatives from partner institutions from all over the globe.

The number of spots available is limited as is the Erasmus+ funding that is available to support USJ's staff memebrs who wish to participate in this 5-day event. 

The programs are draft programs that will be updated in the upcoming months to also include input and good practice from participants. 

candidate who takes part in a track of the International Staff Training Week:

  • has relevant work experience in some topics formulated in the program;
  • formulates and develops his/her personal learning questions regarding the main topic of the programme;
  • is prepared to share good practices, to actively share and contribute ideas from his/her own context
  • is employed at an international partner institution of Freie Universität Berlin

The selection will be made on the basis of the information provided in the application form and the results will be emailed to all applicants in early March 2022. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.

If selected, the candidate shall receive an Erasmus+ grant covering travel expenses (up to a certain limit) as well as a per diem.

The participation fee is 100 € per participant, which includes a welcome package, lunches and coffee breaks, an evening reception and a joint boat trip. Participants are kindly asked to cover the participation fee as well as other expenses for travel, accommodation and dinner by using the Erasmus+ training mobility grant which they will receive (if selected).

*Given the current economic situation in Lebanon, we might ask FUB to make the payment and deduct the amount from the Erasmus+ grant (to be confirmed).

The language of the Staff Training Week is English, so fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required.
