On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Confucius Institute at Saint-Joseph University, Lebanon, I would like to extend, on behalf of the Chinese International Education Foundation, my warmest congratulations to the first Confucius Institute jointly established by an Arab country and China. With sincere cooperation, Saint-Joseph University and Shenyang Normal University, China, have been providing the teachers and students at Saint-Joseph University an important platform for learning the Chinese language and culture.
