On March 5, 2008, Confucius Institute successfully held a lecture on Chinese Peking Opera.It was the first lecture on Chinese Peking Opera in Lebanese history. More than 200 participants from all walks of life, foreign nationals in Lebanon and Confucius Institute students attended the event.

2008年3月5日，孔院成功举办中国京剧讲座。这是黎巴嫩历史上第一个关于中国京剧的讲座。来自社会各界、驻黎外籍人士和孔院学员共200余人参加。
