As part of its "Teaching in Times of Change" training cycle for language teaching, the Centre des Langues Vivantes  (CLV) organized on Saturday February 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. a Zoom training course entitled "Universal Design of Learning (UDL): Creating an inclusive environment for students with diverse needs", moderated by Ms Rosine Zgheib, Head of English Department at the CLV.

Addressed to teachers of different languages, at school and at university, this training aimed to identify principles, guidelines, and components of a UDL curriculum, describe teaching practices used to enhance the teaching and learning process in the classroom with diverse learners, consider flexible options for planning a lesson by considering learning barriers and multiple means of engagement, representation, and expression and create a lesson plan that addresses the needs of students in the diverse classroom.
