Chef Charles Azar has been part of the jury to represent the Middle East and the Gulf in the most prestigious competition on the planet "The World Chocolate Masters 2022".

Mr. Charles Azar with the Gold Medal 2021 - AMBASSADORS OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® The global organization and guide AMBASSADORS OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® certified &  was awarded in 2021 for his successful route in the culinary arts and as one of the top pastry chefs in the world representing superior pastry arts globally.

Chef Azar is one of the few highly accomplished Pastry Chefs who holds the distinction as the three-time winner of prestigious place rankings at the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France.

He captained and trained our Lebanese Team in 2003, 2005 and 2009 to the World Pastry Cup. Member of Cercle des chefs, Lebanon representative at Lo Mejor de la Gastronomia 2010 and judge at the World Chocolate Masters Competition in France for many years.
