Saint Joseph University in Dubai is looking to recruit a student recruitment and admission officer. The position is to be filled starting 20^th January 2023.

Required Skills:

• Good level in English/ and Arabic Languages (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university plus a minimum professional experience of 1 to 5 years in similar roles
• Good typing skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Good communication skills
• Energetic
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Holder of a driving license in the UAE

Job description includes:

• Building and nurturing network with schools in the UAE.
• Elaborating and updating databases to be used for students ’recruitments.
• Participating in school fairs, visits and events and carrying out the follow ups.
• Organizing other events in the university with the purpose of students’ recruitment and orientation.
• Creating strategy for social media campaigns, designing and carrying out communication on social media and other media as requested.
• Students’ counselling and advising during the admission process.
• Assist in the launching and marketing of all university programs as requested.
• Handling Admissions process for new students and interviews when requested.
