The Higher Institute of Public Health (ISSP) at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine (FM) and the Doctoral School for Sciences and Health (EDSS), are glad to announce the start of recruitment for PhD in Public Health program, a multi-disciplinary program designed to equip future leaders with advanced competencies in health policy, management, and global health leadership.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their candidature no later than Monday, February 2, 2026. Please check eligibility criteria in the attached brochure. Only complete files from eligible candidates will be considered.

Candidatures are to be submitted in person at the ISSP offices - Bldg. E, 3rd Floor - USJ Medical Sciences Campus - Beirut.
