With a solid track record in leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple sectors, including pharma, retail, and distribution. Mr. Sfeir brought valuable insights drawn from years of hands-on experience. Currently serving as CIO at Mersaco, a leading healthcare distribution company in Lebanon, he is at the forefront of driving innovation and digital strategy in the pharmaceutical industry.

During his talk, he explored real-world transformation initiatives, key challenges companies face and offered actionable advice on change management and cross-functional collaboration equipping students with tools to navigate and lead in a digital world.
