EmpowerAbility! Breaking Barriers: Business Training for Inclusive Growth

At USJ Business School, we believe that every person, no matter their challenges and difference, has the right to dream big.

That’s why we’re proud to launch Breaking Barriers, a one-of-a-kind workshop designed exclusively for students with special needs, big heart and extraordinary drive . Whether they live with autism, Down syndrome, or other learning differences, this program gives them a chance to explore the world of business, management, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship in a way that’s accessible, joyful, and deeply empowering.

Through fun, hands-on activities, our young participants will learn real-world skills, build confidence, and express their creativity, all while being seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.
