Mr. Khalifeh is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Khalifeh Consulting Group (KCG) Inc. and currently serves as Group Chief Compliance Officer at Fransabank Group. With decades of expertise in risk management, compliance, and financial strategy, and an academic background from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and USEK, he brings both international experience and academic excellence to our students.

Mr. Khalifeh will be teaching Mergers & Acquisitions, a cornerstone in business education.
