In May and September 2025, CFP-USJ tailor-made and delivered a three-session financial training program for CMA CGM, led by USJ Professor Maroun Khater. Designed specifically for non-financial professionals, the program equipped participants with a solid understanding of key financial principles, enabling them to make informed decisions, interpret financial data confidently, and contribute more effectively to cross-functional collaboration. Through practical exercises, real-world case studies, and interactive discussions, participants strengthened their financial acumen and gained actionable tools to support strategic decision-making within their teams and across the organization.
