Lebanon has a real chance to make good governance part of daily life. Evaluation is the entry point. It helps us measure and publish results, improve the services we deserve, shape policies we trust, and build a transparent and efficient government.
Under the patronage of the President of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Mr. Nawaf Salam, the Observatory on Public Service and Good Governance at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), in partnership with UNICEF Lebanon and in collaboration with Socially Responsible Management, invites you to take part of a high-level forum titled Evaluation for Reform: Lebanon’s Pathway to a National Evaluation System.
Your ideas and insights matter. Join us at this national reform forum to contribute to the discussion and help turn reform into practice. Together we will validate entry points and co-design one shared roadmap for evaluation. We will agree roles, first steps, resources, and indicators so citizens see quick wins within the short term.
The forum will take place on Monday 10 November 2025 at USJ, François Debbané Social Sciences Campus, Huvelin, Bloc B, Hall Room 22. Arabic and English interpretation will be available.
