Under the MOU signed between our University and the DIFC Courts, and in light of the long-lasting relationship between our institutions, students from Saint Joseph University Dubai had the privilege of visiting the DIFC Courts on Thursday, the 2nd of October 2025.
The delegation, led by Dr. Nathalie Sabbagh, Director of Saint Joseph University Dubai, and Dr. Rita Waked, the Vice-Dean of the School of Law, explored the court’s structure and procedures, and gained valuable insights from His Excellency Judge Ali Al Madhani, Deputy Chief Justice of DIFC Courts, who generously shared his experience and practical perspectives on dispute resolution.
Our sincere thanks also go to Mr. Ahmad Al Kamali, Chief Justice Office Manager, for his efforts in organizing the visit.
This enriching experience allowed our students to connect theory with practice and deepen their understanding of the judicial process within one of the region’s leading international commercial courts.
