On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Abou Nader and the Saint Joseph University of Beirut, represented by its Rector, Prof. Salim Daccache, SJ, signed a memorandum of understanding establishing the “Alicia and Anthony Abou Nader” endowment Scholarship Fund. This remarkable initiative reflects their vision of solidarity and unwavering commitment to USJ.

Mr. Anthony Abou Nader, CEO of Tanit Group, a company specializing in hospital development across Africa and the Middle East, is creating this second scholarship fund following the establishment of a fund in the name of his parents in 2022.

The fund will support USJ students by providing access to higher education and fostering their academic growth. Through this generosity, students will benefit from optimal conditions for learning, enabling them to realize their potential despite the challenges they face.
