The Model United Nations (MUN) is a diplomatic simulation that allows participants to discuss international issues. Each delegate represents a state, nation, political figure, or organization, and must negotiate in the interest of the entity they represent.

Through engaged discussions, negotiations, and diplomacy, delegates seek solutions to global conflicts. Each committee focuses on specific issues such as health, peace, the environment, and women’s rights.

The MUN Training Program aims to teach participants the complete MUN process and how it operates, as well as diplomacy, negotiation, and public speaking skills. It works to enhance participants’ speeches, debates, and intellectual abilities through interactive sessions. The training program will take place on January 31, February 7, and February 8, 2026, at CSM, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

This year, USJMUN returns for its 2nd edition, offering sessions in both French and English for school students (from Grade 9 onward) and university students, in order to prepare them for the USJMUN Conference, which will take place on March 14 and 15, 2026, at CSM.
