It has been announced that the Organizing Committee of the 11th International Congress of Phoenician and Punic Studies, to be held in Malta in November 2026, has decided to extend the deadline for abstract submissions.

This extension offers an opportunity for those who may have missed the previous announcements (15 December, 12 January, and 25 January) to submit a proposal. As of Monday, 23 February 2026, the online submission portal will reopen for the proposal of papers and posters for the Malta conference. Abstracts may be submitted by completing the online form and uploading the required document via the conference website. New proposals will be accepted until the available space and presentation slots are filled.

It is also noted that conference registration is separate from the call for papers. Registration for attendance is scheduled to open in April.
