In October 2025, CFP-USJ partnered with LIA Assurex to develop and deliver a comprehensive training program on Actuarial Techniques, designed to strengthen the technical and analytical capabilities of insurance professionals across different levels of the organization. Structured across three progressive phases, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, the program provided participants with a strong foundation in actuarial principles, insurance fundamentals, and advanced methodologies related to risk assessment, reserving, pricing, and actuarial modeling. Through interactive sessions, applied exercises, and real-world case studies, participants enhanced their quantitative and analytical skills while gaining practical tools to support evidence-based decision-making and effective risk management within the insurance sector.
