In January 2026, CFP-USJ designed and delivered the Grand Leadership Program for Beirut Annunciation Orthodox College, aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities and empowering participants to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. The program focused on developing essential leadership competencies, including effective communication, authentic leadership, and the ability to translate vision into action. Participants explored strategies to align personal and professional goals with core values, apply practical habits for sustained performance and growth, and cultivate emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence. Through interactive discussions and applied learning, the program also emphasized teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and the importance of mentoring others to create lasting leadership impact.
