In February 2026, CFP-USJ designed and delivered the Finance for Non-Finance Professionals training program for TotalEnergies, aimed at strengthening participants’ financial literacy and enabling them to better understand the financial dimension of business decisions. The program equipped participants with the ability to read, interpret, and discuss financial statements with confidence, while developing a clearer understanding of how operational decisions influence financial outcomes. Through practical discussions and applied exercises, participants explored key concepts related to budgeting, performance review, and financial analysis, allowing them to align their day-to-day operational actions with the overall financial health and strategic objectives of their organization.
