Dr. Yahya Hakim works with OMSAR (The Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform), is on the board of The Lebanese Transparency Association, and is the founder of the Center for Economic Policy Research and Analysis. He holds a degree in Management & Finance and in Economics & Marketing from the Centre International des Etudes Supérieures de Tourisme. He also has degrees in Social Anthropology from the University of Wyoming, and in Finance & Accounting.
