L’Ambassade des Etats-Unis au Liban annonce l’ouverture des candidatures pour le TechWomen program, qui cible les femmes engagées dans les STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Math).

Les  candidates retenues se verront offrir un séjour aux USA en septembre 2019 pour une formation, des échanges et visites, celle Silicon Valley notamment.

Principales conditions d’éligibilité

• Be a woman with a minimum two years full-time, professional experience in STEM-related fields. Internships and other unpaid work do not/not count toward.

• Have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field;
• Be a Lebanese citizen or long-term Palestinian resident in Lebanon/ Not have applied for an immigrant visa to the United States, or participated in a visa lottery in the past five years;

Les formations concernent les 6 champs suivants :

• information technology,
• green technology,
• science,
• internet,
• biotechnology,
• et telecommunications
