Work Ready Now! (WRN) is an internationally recognized soft skills course that has been taught in 26 countries worldwide to over half a million learners. Using activity-based teaching and learning methods, WRN will help you discover who you are, your strengths, and values; how to communicate effectively in local and international work contexts. Through innovative WRN activities, you will acquire strategies to find jobs and present yourself professionally and master workplace behaviors and attitudes that employers are looking for when recruiting new employees.

Work Ready Now! is a course that will empower you with essential, in-demand soft skills that will make you outstanding at your job and help you move up the career ladder. Work Ready Now is a course for those who enjoy experiential learning both inside and outside the classroom. It is learning by doing and it’s fun! No theory! No memorization!  And not a lot of lecture.

This course is delivered as part of the Higher Education Capacity Development (HECD) Program, supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and implemented by Education Development Center (EDC) in partnership with Florida State University (FSU).
