The Laboratory of Histopathology of the Faculty of Medicine plays a central role in the teaching of histology and pathology. It provides students across the Medical Sciences Campus with a practical learning environment, enabling them to become familiar with microscopic observation techniques for biological tissues and cells.

It is equipped with individual microscopes that allow each student to examine the various cellular and tissue structures in detail, as well as a high-performance slide scanner that facilitates the digitization of samples for digital microscopy. This innovative technology makes it possible to study slides remotely, share images for collaborative work, and enhance teaching sessions through in-depth analysis.

The Laboratory therefore fully contributes to student training by developing the technical and analytical skills essential to understanding pathological processes.
