Module 3: Financial and Economic Sustainability of Social Enterprises 3.1 Financing and fundraising (strategic planning and life cycle of social enterprises + financial planning and cash flow constraints). 3.2 Financial sustainability: credit access and opportunities for social enterprises. Module 4: Management, Marketing, and Partnerships 4.1 Project management, team building, and leadership. 4.2 Communication, marketing, and visibility. 4.3 Building strategic partnerships (networking, stakeholder engagement, public-private relations, etc.). Module 5: Social Impact 5.1 Identifying social impact by social challenges: How to integrate sustainable development into business.
