Psychomotor Education

This course unit explores the concept of psychomotor development and its significance in the child’s overall growth. Students will become familiar with core psychomotor components (body schema, coordination, balance, lateralization, spatial and temporal orientation) and their links to academic learning. The unit offers methodological guidance for designing, organizing, and facilitating psychomotor sessions that support children’s physical, cognitive, and relational development.
