OBJECTIVES 1. Define and explain the elements of Total rewards 2. Identify the types of pay adjustments and the variable pay structure, 3. Define and describe the steps involved in building a job worth hierarchy. 4. Identify and define the two primary elements of benefits programs: core mandatory benefits (legally required) & voluntary benefits provided at the discretion of the employer 5. Define work-life and explain the needs work-life programs satisfy 6. Discuss learning opportunities as they apply to the total rewards element, development and career opportunities 7. Discuss effective reward communication principles, terminology and concepts 8. Understand how to put in practice a Total Reward Model fir for the organization.
