Field training in human resources management

OBJECTIVES Internship aim at allowing students 1. to put their acquired academic tools, both theoretical and methodological into practice, in order to strengthen their professional objectives. 2. to gain the skills and experience that is necessary to prepare the student for a successful career in human resources. CONTENT During his internship (200 hours), the Intern shall conform to company policies regarding: hygiene, security and discipline. He shall abide to the rules of confidentiality set by hosting establishment, regarding information they may have acquired during their internship. At the end, the Internship Supervisor from the hosting Establishment assess the Intern’s performance.

Charge de travail étudiant : 150 heures
