يهدف هذا المقرر إلى وضْع إطار تربوي يتمحور حول النظريات التربوية المختلفة المرتبطة بالتعلم والتعليم وذلك من خلال تعرُّف هذه النظريات والتعمق فيها من منظار نقدي عملي مرتبط بالأبحاث من جهة وبالممارسات التربوية من جهة أخرىي يساعد المقرَّر الطالب/ة على: • التزوُّد بالأسس الفلسفية والنظريات التربوية التي بُنيت عليها عملية التعلم • إدراك كيفية حصول عملية التعلم • إدراك العوامل التي تؤثر إيجابًا أو سلبًا في عملية التعلم • تطبيق النظريات التربوية في المؤسسة التربوية التي يعمل فيها • التمكن من تصميم تصوُّر، يضم أنسب النظريات التربوية، لتحسين عملية التعلم في المؤسسة التربوية التي يعمل فيها.
