Customer Centricity

It is to learn about the challenges organizations face to develop customer centricity and learn the best practices from leading companies about how to devise and implement customer centricity within their organizations. The course is both theoretical and managerial will have three case studies to help students apply the frameworks students will use in class and that correspond to the parts below.
