A prominent Lebanese NGO turned social enterprise, Arcenciel has the vision to get ahead of the curve and to prepare it's AI future both in management processes, as well as products and services. In this context, the present project follows an action research methodology to develop both the dynamic capabilities of Arcenciel, and to produce actionable knowledge contextualized to the Lebanese environment.
