Nabil J. Bustros graduated in 1974 from the USJ School of Engineering of Beirut
(ESIB), with a degree in computer and electronic engineering.
He began his career in Casablanca at Établissements Mécanographiques du Maroc, the local
representative of the Olivetti brand, where he served as both a board member and sales director
until 1982.
Later, Bustros joined the Board of Directors of MDS Holdings. He was appointed CEO in 1988 and took
charge of the company's operations across Lebanon and the Middle East, later expanding its reach to
Africa and Europe.
In 2010, MDS Holdings became Midis Group. Under his leadership, the Group has seen remarkable growth
over the past 40 years. Today, it comprises more than 170 companies and employs nearly 6,500 people
worldwide.
Bustros also serves on the Board of Directors of Holcom Holding. He contributes his expertise to the
advisory boards of the Adnan Kassar School of Business (LAU) and the Olayan School of Business
(AUB), and recently joined the Board of Directors of Fondation USJ.
