Raymond DEBBANE
President & CEO, Invus
Ray Debbane is the CEO of Invus (www.invus.com), a New-York based global investment firm with offices in Europe and Asia, which he co-founded in 1985. Before launching Invus, he was a manager at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MS in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Agricultural Science and Agricultural Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
For nearly four decades, Invus has backed companies that have reshaped their industries, with notable investments including Keebler Foods, Weight Watchers, Blue Buffalo, and Cava Group. The firm is also a major player in biotechnology investments across the US and Europe and manages its liquid assets through an in-house hedge fund. Beyond his business ventures, Debbane is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly through the Raymond Debbane Family Foundation.
