USJ is proud to announce that Prof. Fouad Zmokhol, Dean of the USJ Business School, has been elected Vice-President of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie during the most recent meeting of its Board of Directors, held in Dakar.
On the occasion, Prof. Zmokhol expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Board for the trust they placed in him.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to actively supporting the growth and visibility of the Francophone academic community, strengthening cooperation among member institutions, and promoting innovative initiatives in teaching, research, and youth employability throughout the French-speaking world.
Today, the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie brings together more than 1,000 higher education and research institutions in nearly 120 countries. It stands as one of the largest university networks in the world and works to build a Francophone scientific community that is collaborative, inclusive, and forward-looking.
Through its many initiatives, the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie promotes excellence in higher education, supports collaborative research, encourages the digital transformation of universities, and helps young graduates transition into the professional world.
