What is EC²?

The Competencies and Entrepreneurship Center

The Competencies and Entrepreneurship Center EC² was founded by Saint Joseph University - USJ in October 2019 in collaboration with the Faculty of Business Administration and Management. EC² establishes a framework for USJ students and young graduates that aspire to become entrepreneurs. In that perspective, EC² seeks to provide them with advice and guidance to support their efforts for their new enterprise.

EC² offers five consecutive training programs for Entrepreneurship, starting with the first one “Creating my own business”. This pilot program officially launched on May 9th, 2020, is a 30-hour entrepreneurial online training program for USJ students and young graduates.

Several years of experience in entrepreneurial activities

Prior the foundation of EC², various competition were organized to raise awareness among students and young graduates to the entrepreneurial culture.

At the issue of these competitions, winners have received financial awards and benefited from training in incubators such as PEPITE (France), BERYTECH (Lebanon)
