The primary objective of this study is to compare and evaluate the accuracy of the AAA, Acuros, and Pencil Beam algorithms with Monte Carlo simulations (PRIMO) and experimental measurements using Gafchromic films. The research will be conducted using real patient cases involving prostheses, artifacts, and low-density lung structures to quantify discrepancies and propose potential corrections. Additionally, a thorough analysis of the differences between PRIMO and Eclipse in small field dose calculations will be performed to optimize dose modeling.
