Vacancy Announcement for Student Recruitment and Admission Officer at Saint Joseph University Dubai

 

Saint Joseph University in Dubai is looking to recruit a part-time student recruitment and admission officer for a period of 3 to 6 months only. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

 

Required Skills:

  • Good level in English/ and Arabic Languages (spoken and written); French is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university plus a minimum professional experience of 1 to 5 years in similar roles
  • Good typing skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Good communication skills
  • Energetic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Holder of a driving license in the UAE

 

Job description includes:

  • Building and nurturing a network with schools in the UAE.
  • Elaborating and updating databases to be used for student recruitment.
  • Participating in school fairs, visits, and events, and carrying out the follow-ups.
  • Organizing other events in the university with the purpose of students’ recruitment and orientation.
  • Supporting the creation of social media campaigns, designing and carrying out communication on social media and other media as requested.
  • Students’ counselling and advising during the admission process.
  • Assist in the launching and marketing of all university programs as requested.
  • Handling the admissions process for new students and interviews when requested.
