The course initiates the students in Orthopedagogy into the treatment of deaf or ill-hearing person. To know about the learning methods and the palliative techniques as well as the tools specific to the hearing impairment according to age, degree and type of impairment. To help acquire educational strategies, methods, attitudes specific to this impairment. To train on the assessment of persons with hearing impairment to propose a personalized program adjusted to its particularities and to the pluridisciplinary teamwork.
