The course initiates the students in Orthopedagogy into the treatment of the blind or ill-sighted person with intellectual impairment. At the end of the course, the students should be able to target the different learnings of persons with visual impairments, to recognize the current orientations in the education of these persons, to know the main methods and modes of treatment, to conceive adjusted acts of learning
