Molecular profiling of infiltrating bladder cancer in Lebanese patients

Description :

Bladder cancer has a high incidence in Lebanon compared to other countries. In the era of next generation sequencing (NGS) , it seems necessary to assess a molecular profiling of these tumors in the Lebanese population to determine their specific characteristics. 80 to 100 invasive bladder cancer samples from the pathology laboratory of Hotel Dieu de France will be evaluated by NGS . The technique will be effectuated in France and the analysis of the results in Lebanon.
